Philippe Galerne and his team are happy to welcome you in the patisserie. Philippe Galerne is an artisan and traditional patissier. He worked at the most leading patissiers in Paris and Versailles: Maitre Patissier Hellegouarche and LeNotre. Philippe uses pure, mostly biological ingredients without artificial additives. Because of his thorough craftsmanship he works both traditional as innovative.
